Planet 51 is an upcoming animated film directed by Jorge Blanco, written by Joe Stillman and starring Dwayne Johnson, Jessica Biel, Justin Long, Seann William Scott, Gary Oldman and John Cleese. Produced by Madrid-based Ilion Animation Studios and HandMade Films for $60 million, it was acquired for US distribution by New Line Cinema in November 2007. Planet 51 is slated to be released on November 20, 2009, by Sony Pictures Worldwide via TriStar Pictures. It was originally titled Planet One, but re-named Planet 51 in reference to Area 51.

The film follows a human astronaut, Captain Charles “Chuck” Baker (Dwayne Johnson) who lands on Planet 51 thinking he’s the first to set foot on it. However, he discovers it’s inhabited by little green people who live in a white picket-fenced world reminiscent of 1950s America. This freaks out the aliens, who think he’s an alien.

Planet 51 is a galactic sized animated alien adventure comedy revolving around American astronaut Captain Charles “Chuck” Baker, who lands on Planet 51 thinking he’s the first person to step foot on it. To his surprise, he finds that this planet is inhabited by little green people who are happily living in a white picket fence world reminiscent of a cheerfully innocent 1950s America, and whose only fear is that it will be overrun by alien invaders… like Chuck! With the help of his robot companion “Rover” and his new friend Lem, Chuck must navigate his way through the dazzling, but bewildering, landscape of Planet 51 in order to escape becoming a permanent part of the Planet 51 Alien Invaders Space Museum.

Anyone have any unclassified info about AREA 51 they could share with a separted SrA from the USAF?

I recently separated from the USAF and I always wanted to know what was inside Area 51. I was stationed in central Texas and never made it out to Nellis or anywhere close to where Area 51 is allegedly kept. I heard its mostly weapons testing, but, I keep thinking there’s more. Can anyone drop any subtle hints or clues? Any info is greatly appreciated!!

Only SSgts. and above get to know what goes on at Area-51. Too bad you got out before you made E-5.
